The Role

We are seeking candidates with end to end software implementation experience to join the Professional Services team in Envizi’s Sydney office. You will match client requirements to technology solutions across the client life-cycle with the support of more senior Implementation Consultants.

Integral to the success of this role is being able to apply a mix of business and technological consulting and project management skills across the full product suite, which is used for delivering energy management and sustainability outcomes in a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Scope and translate business requirements solutions that are technically feasible, and meet client objectives
• Work with the Envizi product management and development teams to advocate, scope and test enhancements to the suite of products
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new service offerings
• Work with the services team to identify and implement processes and best practices that improve their agile workplace culture
• Deliver managed services as part of cyclic proactive processes to maintain the health and usage of the solution implemented for clients
• Ownership and management of the implementation process, best practice and service process improvements
• Guide and mentor consultants to implement their range of solutions for clients and partners
• Ensure all project artefacts are created in line with company best practices and are stored online in the relevant system
• Providing technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to assist them in getting the most out of their technology solutions
• Participate in various business initiatives to highlight services impact, representing the client experience and challenging the status quo
• Be an escalation point to the global services team, helping troubleshoot various implementation questions/challenges

Required Experience

This role can suit someone with 2 - 3 years’ experience or at a more senior level, in end to end software implementation, who is keen to learn and passionate about combining technical solutions to support companies in achieving greater sustainable practices and reducing their emissions.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Interest or direct experience of energy management and or sustainability
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
• Client facing experience in delivering software solutions
• Exposure to project management
• Power BI, data warehousing, statistical or reporting tools would be advantageous
