First and foremost, you are a good human! You also enjoy working in an environment where you are energised by your interactions with people who are making a real difference on the planet.
You are a highly organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities. You enjoy being a proactive team player through showing initiative and having the maturity and confidence to contribute to team discussions and process evolution as required. In addition to your values being aligned with the environmental and social spaces that we specialise in, you will have the ability to contribute to our team culture.

We all spend a lot of time at work, so it is our belief that you must enjoy where you work, the people you work with; and be proud of what you do. We love the work that we do and the people we interact with; including our charity partners that we support. Our clients are amazing, and we love supporting them to achieve their ambitious goals. We consider the impact of our decisions on the community, the environment, our staff, suppliers, clients, and our candidates. Our team is awesome, and we recognise that our collective impact is far greater than what can be achieved as individuals which is why our reward structure is based on team performance.
This role is offered as a permanent full-time position; however, we understand life has many dimensions, so we are open to a permanent part time option for a candidate who may be seeking a bit more flexibility to balance life outside of work. Our location is a 2-minute walk from Middle Brighton train station (COVID restrictions permitting), in a newly renovated welcoming office environment. We also offer flexible work from home options.
