About the role

Reporting to the Manager, Donor Analytics and Insights, this is a critical role in the Fundraising Team where the successful candidate will provide strategic analysis on supporter data to help raise revenue more effectively.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes
• Using analysed data to create reports identifying process improvement opportunities
• Analysing data in areas such as gross and net lifetime value, channel analysis, RFV analysis, attrition performance and predictive income modelling
• Supporting fundraising teams with segmentation and prepare and perform data extractions as required for campaign analysis

About You

You possess:

• Demonstrated experience in multi-channel donor segmentation and have sound knowledge of CRM Systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel along with high level understanding of various other computer applications (Word, CRM Systems, etc.)
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability including analytical, practical and conceptual thinking
• The ability to communicate and build rapport with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders
• Expertise in Blackbaud and Blackbaud products is desirable
