This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to develop and deliver the training and administration needs of the Fundraising Department. The role is 60% operational and 40% training.
Reporting to the Manager, Donor Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for assessing, developing and delivering the training needs of the Fundraising Department in the use of the CRM system, Online Portal and other systems customised to enhance supporter experience.
