The Governance and Risk department is undergoing significant transformation and many career-defining opportunities are available.
The Approved Authorities Matrix and Trustee Coordinator will report to the Executive Manager, Compliance.
The role will be responsible for advice and maintenance of the national Approved Authorities Matrix (AAM), responding to or directing any queries and feedback in relation to the document and delivering training and support to champions and senior positions.
The role is also required to provide strategic support and advice to the Secretary of the various Salvation Army Property Trusts ensuring accurate documentation and timely coordination of any work requiring attention by the Trustees.

For this role you will have extensive experience in influencing and relationship management with key stakeholders within organisations.
You will have exposure to Trustees and senior management protocols, as well as strong administration skills and attention to detail.
You will also have a highly professional and discreet manner as you will be dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
The position will be full time, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, and will be located in Blackburn, Melbourne.
