About the role:

Contribute to the success of Employment Plus by providing Post Placement Support (PPS) for our Disability Employment Service (DES) to ensure that participants are retained in employment. In this role, you will:

  • Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with Participants, Employers and Community Organisations
  • Identify any barriers that may impact upon ongoing employment and address them promptly
  • Monitor work placements for participants towards the achievement of monthly targets
  • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focussed, high performance approach to the role

About you:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive business development and relationship management
  • You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
  • The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and circumstances
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
  • Previous experience in Employment Services, Sales, Recruitment or like industries is highly advantageous
