About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join us on a full time permanent basis, supporting our regular giving donors located in Glen Waverley.

Reporting to the Team Lead Donor Services, you will be an integral member of highly effective and established Fundraising team contributing to optimising the organisations funding base to support the mission of The Salvation Army.

As Regular Giving Clerk you will be responsible for a range of functions to provide exceptional fundraising, customer service and communication support responsible for:

  • Coordinate a comprehensive donor care program
  • Actioning daily communication from new and existing Regular Giving Donors via multiple channels
  • Daily and Weekly reports on donor insights and feedback
  • Maintaining Regular Giving financial details

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience, preferably in an organisation with equivalent constituent base and involving quality services to donors or customers
  • Experience in a CRM or similar database (preferably in a fundraising environment)
  • A strong team focus with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships with people of all backgrounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and can maintain confidentiality.
