We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Delivery team to provide a truly exceptional, customer focused technology service to drive excellence and performance of IT services. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide an exceptional customer experience for our 10,000 strong geographically dispersed workforce and strive to understand the customer's needs, issues and requirements to ensure a fast and appropriate solution is delivered.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
To be successful in this role you must have a degree in Computer Science and be able to demonstrate at least 1 years' experience in a comparable role at a large ITIL aligned organisation.
You will be a team player who possesses a confident and engaging personality and thrives in a fast-paced troubleshooting role to provide exceptional customer service.
