Flagstaff Accommodation is part of The Salvation Army’s network that consists of numerous and varied support services for people experiencing disadvantage in the community.

Flagstaff Accommodation is a state-wide accomodation service providing short-term accommodation, meals and case management support for up to 64 men who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

We seek an enthusiastic individual to join our committed and diverse After Hours Support team that works with men who have a range of multiple and complex needs resulting from homelessness, mental illness and substance dependency.

FCA provides and values professional development, quality supervision and best practice within the sector.

Hours of work

• 4 nights per week (0.8 position)
• Shift 3 - between 11pm & 8:30am (stand up shifts)

Remuneration

The position will be remunerated at the SCHADS Award, Social Stream, Level 4 pay point 1 to pay point 4 with penalty rates applying, depending on experience.

Qualifications

Experience within a similar role and or qualifications or current studies being undertaken such as a Diploma or Certificate 4 in Drug & Alcohol, Mental Health or Community Services are desirable.
