The Crisis Centre is a non-appointment based service for individuals, families and young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We provide information, referral and advocacy to other services including; family violence, drug and alcohol services, legal organisations, financial and budgeting services, employment and training providers, counselling agencies, general housing and Office of Housing information.
We are seeking an experienced and customer focused front of house administrator/receptionist to develop positive relationships and provide a triage service to individuals and families with complex needs. You will be the key point person who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
This role is ideal for an applicant who has worked in a medical reception or similar role, can provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact and is confident to work with a range of different people with challenging needs.
This position is part time, 32.5 hours per week based at Frankston. Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Administration and Clerical, Level 3. The Crisis Centres are located at Frankston and Rosebud.
