The Bridge Employment – Disability Employment Service (DES)

Our Disability Employment Service (DES) focuses on employment opportunities for people with disability. DES develops integrated services between organisations and candidates to seek suitable and effective job placement for clients, and offers coaching to clients to enable job placement and post-placement support.

Manager DES – we need you!

We seek a manager of our service to lead a team, delivering highly effective job placement for clients via market research, partnership, knowledge and support.

A Government-based Contract, the position is full-time and permanent, and is based at our Frankston Office with travel between our south-eastern regional offices to attend meetings, training and contribute to collaborative projects. The position will also visit employers to build partnerships, networks, and opportunities for client placement.

You will offer

• Experience in the Disability Sector, with desirable experience in leading Government contracts
• Marketing know-how including reverse-marketing practice
• Demonstrated ability to support, guide and develop people with disability to build goals and capability to secure employment
• Demonstrated effective leadership of people including development and support with an ability to educate staff in high performance team elements
• Innovative thought to drive and grow our organisation into the future
• Budget management skills with an art in strategic goal setting and reporting
