The Law Clerk provides a legal support service to the Duty Solicitors and is the first point of contact in the Commission’s Office at the Adelaide Magistrate’s Court Office. The Law Clerk is required to provide general information to the members of the public and stakeholders, perform secretarial and administrative tasks, undertake legal research, draft simple legal documents and correspondence, and coordinate the effective operation of the Adelaide Magistrate’s Court Office.
$64,636 - $68,886 p.a (ASO3)
1 x full-time (1.0 FTE) temporary contract up to 18 August 2023
