The Strategy, Planning and Performance team is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the Women’s Strategic Service Plan 2035, Strategic Plan 2022-2025 and the Organisational (annual) Plan. We report on these various strategies and plans to demonstrate progress toward our vision and purpose. The team also undertakes planning and provides support for teams and projects across the Women’s. The team includes a number of in-house Project Managers who work to support the planning and implementation of significant organisational projects, including service model redesign projects.
As part of a small but dynamic team, the Project Officers will support a range of strategic business initiatives, with a focus on our Elective Surgery Program (ESP) and the Public Fertility Service (PFS).
For ESP the Project Officer will support the project team and working groups to deliver a program of system reform in elective surgery that is underpinned by collaboration with other services providers, a dedication to excellence, learning and continuous improvement. For the PFS the role will support the design and implementation of the new service through established working groups and committees, including our partner services. We are looking for people with strong communication and people skills, excellent at building relationships, sound project methodology skills, and the ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.
