As our business grows, we're now on the look out for a full time Contracts Administrator. The role encompasses contract administration activities under the guidance of a Project Manager and involves both on-site and office-based project activities. The role provides a clear career development opportunity in project management.
The role has responsibility for all contractual aspects of our projects. These include providing cost management support to the project manager, who has responsibility for the financial outcome of a project. The role, therefore, requires excellent project administration skills across all project KPI’s. The role includes technical aspects involving the analysis of drawings & specifications, construction plans, quantification, budgeting and cost control. It involves communication and negotiation skills in dealing with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and our site teams. It entails close liaison with our accounts team. It also requires an attention to detail, an ability to work with systems and procedures, a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to embrace responsibility for the delivery of every aspect of a project.
