ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our team. Ideally you also have a passion for beautiful design, a big heart for important causes and a strategic mind that informs all of your design. You already have a sound base of technical skills, and are now looking for a place where you can learn from other inspired graphic designers, while also being supported to lift the bar on the creative produced within the studio.

Your experience will enable you to work collaboratively or independently from an idea generation and/ or conceptual design thinking stage. You can then work through the development of each design with our clients and prepare artwork to the specified production requirements. You’ll have plenty of chances to create and evolve brands yourself, and you will support other team members as part of multi-channel group projects.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• 8–10 years of experience working in a similar creative agency – in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. Experience in fundraising design and designing for not-for-profit organisations, (highly desirable, but not essential).
• Experience working on branding projects and multi-channel campaigns, with strong layout and typographic skills. Comfortable preparing and presenting your concept designs.
• Ability to think strategically before proposing solutions to client problems.
• Proficient working with the core Adobe Creative Suite, (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Motion graphic, drawing or illustration skills, (desirable, but not essential).
• Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of front-end design processes, (storyboards and wireframes), involved in the development of motion graphics, animations and website designs.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Comfortable communicating directly with client teams, understanding and responding to feedback.
