The Area Manager is responsible for leading the development of the Home and Community Care team and their clients, within the Sydney South Coast NSW. The Area Manager will lead the team to establish plans and strategies to ensure we continue to provide excellent care and support to those we serve. This is a permanent full-time role, location is negotiable.

Who we’re looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Health, Business, or Management
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Previous experience in Aged Care, Community Care or Health industry
  • Significant understanding of client needs, to convert these into positive service delivery outcomes and strategies
  • Contribute to the leadership team and directorate, to develop strategies and business plans to promote growth and solutions
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of operations and resources to meet targets and business needs
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage budgets within the financial year
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
