About the Opportunity

Uniting Early Learning Kogarah supports families with education and care, including a preschool program. We are open long hours for children from birth to five years. We’re deeply committed to inclusivity and equal access for all, and value every child as an individual. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Uniting Early Learning Kogarah on a Full Time Permanent basis.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor Teaching / Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an ECT (experience working as educational lead advantageous)
• Experience and knowledge of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Experience of supporting continuous improvement including developing professional learning plans and programs
• Understanding of Children’s Services Regulations
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
• Believe in positive team spirit and embrace working in a diverse team
• First Aid Certificate, with Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
• Previous experience in working with children with additional needs in a support role is highly advantageous
