About the role:

Reporting to the Learning Support Coordinator, you will be part of the Learning and Development team and will support our employees to grow and learn through building their capability. This position is based in Parramatta CBD. Hybrid position.  

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Track, monitor and report on the training and assessments completed by employees.
  • Ensure that the training environments are well presented and support the smooth delivery of training courses and events
  • Liaise with facilitators, trainers and employees to coordinate the professional delivery of training
  • Collaborate with others in the development and execution of a highly functioning learning support service that empowers our employees
  • Maintains accurate employee training records
  • Assist with the administration and oversight of student placements within Uniting, across NSW/ACT.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in RTO or similar environment is required
  • Exceptional administration and communication skills  
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Extremely organised and capable of multi-tasking and delivering to deadlines
