Working with UMSU staff and elected student representatives, and operating under the Chief Executive Officer, this position is accountable for Supporting the organisations volunteer programs and mentoring their directors.
Your Key Accountabilities will include:
The Coordinator – Volunteering is a key member of UMSU team and provides expertise and guidance to UMSU staff, students, and the broader University community.
To succeed in this position, you will possess a bachelor’s qualification, coupled with extensive experience working with volunteers, or a relevant combination of skills knowledge and/or training. A Working with Children Check will also be required.
Essential to your success will be your proven track record in training and developing staff and volunteers, and project management with volunteer participants.
You are a passionate, outcome driven and compassionate professional with a cert IV in Training and Assessment and keen for students to get more out of their time at the University.
This is a full time position with a starting base salary of $82,449 plus superannuation for a fixed term of one year.
