You will have experience in administration using MSO365 and your superior organisational skills will set you up perfectly to manage multiple tasks and maintain a smooth office workflow.

Briefly about the role

• Be first point of contact for schools including managing bookings and invoicing.
• Design and develop camp programs and itineraries for young people and manage the logistics to make this happen.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide an extraordinary camp experience.
• Welcome our guests, provide safety briefings, ensure all requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Ad-hoc administration and other duties as needed to support our camp guests and team, including delivery of lunches and luggage.
