The Victorian Healthcare Association (VHA) is the peak body supporting Victoria’s public health services to deliver high-quality care. Established in 1938, the VHA represents the Victorian public healthcare sector, including public hospitals, aged care and community health services.

In this newly created role, you will support the Communications and Engagement Manager to deliver high-quality communication and engagement activities that enhance the VHA’s public profile. A key function of this position will be to manage the VHA’s digital communication platforms, including planning, developing and publishing compelling content on the VHA’s website, social media channels and in member newsletters. You will work closely with colleagues to promote VHA initiatives and develop resources to support our members.
You have experience in developing and delivering communication and engagement activities, preferably in the healthcare, government or not-for profit environment. You will have communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills to support the promotion of the VHA and its initiatives. You are a team player with a collaborative mindset and aligned to the vision, purpose and values of VHA with a member-centric focus.
