Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a Senior Service Designer to provide service design expertise and support to projects and initiatives in our First Nations Services team.
This is a newly created position that is in support of activity aimed at improving VLA's service delivery to First Nations people. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders specifically First Nations employees and community-controlled organisations in designing, delivering and reviewing practices to better embed a First Nations perspective on all aspects of our work.
You will also provide technical design expertise and assist in implement and maintaining high quality realistic and achievable work plans. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking impactful and fulfilling work where the primary goal is enhancing overall legal representation to First Nations people.
