Customer Experience Consultant - Workforce Australia

We are in the game of helping people, and as a Customer Experience Consultant (CEC), you will be the first point of contact and a welcoming voice for our customers. The CEC forms an integral part of the Customer Engagement Team, communicating with customers daily to provide a game-changing service. This role is a key support to our Employment Partners and the wider team, contributing meaningfully to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment.

This will be a hybrid position working 3 days in the office at our Penrith site in Sydney, and 2 days WFH.

About you:

  • Proven experience working within a Customer Centric environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail in a high-pressured environment
  • Must have sound knowledge of computer skills, including multitasking and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster between 6am and 8pm, including working across different timezones
  • Results-driven, consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
  • Action-oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
  • Customer-focused, building strong Stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Able to manage conflict
  • You will thrive on our key attributes of Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
  • Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
  • Hold a current driver’s license
