WISE also provides cleaning and grounds maintenance through two highly successful socially inclusive social enterprises.
An incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced, dedicated and driven Human Resources Manager to join the WISE family.
This diverse generalist role will see you partnering with major parts of our organisation including our jobactive and allied services teams across Australia and our corporate division.
You will work closely with the People and Culture team on key people and systems projects and be involved in the transformation and automation of processes. In this diverse and exciting role, you will also have the opportunity to coach and build people management capability in the business, drive our employee experience and be exposed to learning and development, change management, employee relations, recruitment and much more.
This role is a full time maximum term contract to 30 June 2021 to be based in either Melbourne or Sydney depending on the successful applicant.
The role is temporarily listed as 'remote' due to current requirements for all Australians to practice social distancing amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
