About the Role

Due to company growth, we have an opening for an additional Team Leader to join Clean Force. You will be predominantly supervising a small group of cleaning staff who are living with mental health challenges and intellectual disabilities. This group are diverse, but fun and rewarding to work with.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing day-to-day supervision and support, including on-site job coaching and training.
• Training and coaching new staff on cleaning procedures.
• Prioritising, organising and allocating work areas and tasks to cleaning staff.
• Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre, interim and final quality inspections).
• Management of resources and rostering, alongside the management team.
• Managing quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams.

About You

We are seeking someone who can lead a cleaning team with care and consideration, whilst maintaining a high quality of service. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Experience working with people from vulnerable backgrounds (highly desirable) or a willingness to learn.
• Good skills in training, and an excellent ability to relate to others from different backgrounds.
• The ability to develop relationships and communicate with the wider team.
• The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company.
• A current Victorian drivers licence (essential).
