A newly created position has arisen for an experienced, creative and purpose-driven Wellbeing Officer to join our innovative and high performing Strategy and People team at WISE Employment!
As the Wellbeing Officer, you will play a key role in developing, establishing and maintaining employee wellbeing and wellness programs nationally. You will support the business to understand employee wellbeing/wellness needs and be instrumental in researching, designing, developing and implementing new programs into the business. You will coordinate rollouts of initiatives and facilitate presentations to the business. As the wellbeing champion, you have a license to be creative, innovative and bring your ideas and solutions to the table; you will impact and add value to the business for the benefit of around 1,500 employees.
Reporting to the National WHS Manager, you will also have a great opportunity to be involved in organisational wide WHS, including developing and implementing safety/wellbeing management plans, policy and procedure review, support audit process and general reporting and administrative tasks.
