WLHH is focused on providing a safe environment for victim survivors to consider a range of options for their future and to own their decisions. We are committed to seeking outcomes that recognise each victim survivor as an individual with particular needs.

We are moving from a business day model of service delivery to a 24/7 core and cluster facility and require support workers to cover afternoon, evening including sleepover and weekend shifts. The positions are sole roles with a great deal of autonomy however on-call back up support is provided if needed.

This is an opportunity to join the feminist team of Victoria's oldest family violence refuge in establishing a brand new facility for victim survivors escaping family violence. Award wages, shift penalties, rotating rosters, salary packing available to increase take home pay. Part-time and casual positions available.
