About the opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at our Pascoe Vale centre.

The role is to oversee operations of the service to maintain compliance and quality. This includes leading, inspiring and motivating a small team of educators to provide high quality education and care programs to children.

Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved bu ACECQA).
• Experience in a leadership role in a Kindergarten program or early childhood setting.
• Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality programs for children.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and build a collaborative team environment and positive team culture.
• A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
