Partnering with Drug Court Ballarat, Reid’s Guest House has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work across two multidisciplinary teams to support Consumers work towards securing alternate longer-term tenancies, whilst also working to strengthen their connection to community.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Member for an exciting newly developed position in a changing program. Your role will include:

Partnering with Drug Court Ballarat, Reid’s Guest House has an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work across two multidisciplinary teams to support Consumers work towards securing alternate longer-term tenancies, whilst also working to strengthen their connection to community. The worker will implement a program to increase life and living skills as well as facilitate engagement in the Tenancy Skills Institute program.

In addition to base salary plus superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading, and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. There is also an option for additional purchased leave to increase your annual leave entitlements.
