Seeking qualified disability support workers!

Windarring is an NDIS registered Disability organisation in the Goldfields and Macedon Ranges area. We are seeking to expand our workforce as demand for services continues to grow

• Specific focus on availability for evening, weekend and sleepover shifts

We have three streams of direct service delivery:

1. Flexible Support (including Community/Supported Living and Respite services);
2. Employment Services (supporting participants to find and keep meaningful employment); and
3. Community Participation (where support tends to be group and centre-based Day Services activities)

Criteria For Disability Support Workers (DSWs)

• Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evening, weekend, sleepovers (highly desirable) and days
• Experience providing individual outreach support (highly desirable)
• Experience providing work support or job coaching (highly desirable)
• Cert IV Disability or equiv. (or currently studying) and incl. Assists with Medication (essential)
• Current ‘Provides First Aid’ and ‘Provides CPR’ qualification (essential)
• Working with Children’s Check (highly desirable and in some cases essential)
• Current valid Victorian Driver’s licence (essential given regional support locations)
