WCS provides a wide range of services covering a cross-section of the community from children, families, young people and seniors, including disability, housing, and mental health services.
Working as a Next Step Coach, your role will entail supporting clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression through a number of different, evidence-based therapies.
Your role will also involve conducting client screening assessments, linking consumers to other relevant services, ensuring data collection and clinical notes are accurate and maintaining a full-time consumer load in order to decrease wait times and ensure consistent service delivery.
Initial in-depth training will be provided to the successful candidates and ongoing weekly clinical supervision will also be provided.
