The Workers Health Centre (WHC) is a worker focussed Not-for-Profit Charity and one of most well-established workplace rehabilitation providers in NSW for over 45 years.
Our mission is to assist injured workers achieve a safe and durable return to work.

Your Role
Significant organic growth means we want you to come and help us make a difference. This is a senior management role reporting directly to the Executive Manager Rehabilitation Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance our visibility and impact among workers and industry partners.
- Lead our digital marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and educational content that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyse market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualified with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, non-profit, or social enterprise sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as traditional marketing channels.
- A commitment to our mission of promoting worker health and safety.
Desirable Experience
- Funding and pursuit experience in business development, including budget responsibilities for sponsors, government grants and donation support income generation.
