Anglesea Recreation Camp is situated on the Great Ocean Road within a 1.5hr drive of Melbourne and within easy reach of the magnificent surf coast beaches. The Camp offers a mix of accommodation, programs and catering to a variety of groups including; schools, community organisations, families and sporting and recreational groups. The camp accommodates up to 148 people.
YMCA Anglesea Recreation Camp has a vacancy for a full-time administration officer. As part of the administration team, you will demonstrate high levels of customer service with all client groups. You will be committed to the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility and caring in dealings with all clients and fellow staff.
Primarily, your role will include establishing and maintaining strong relationships with client groups visiting YMCA Anglesea Recreation Camp through outstanding customer service. managing and maintaining our booking system "Venue 360" is integral to the role.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience and understanding of the essential criteria in the camping industry context. Furthermore, the successful candidate requires highly developed experience and demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities in the following areas:
