About YMCA Victoria

​You'll be part of a diverse and skilled team of specialists in the Marketing, Communications and Sales (MCS) department. The MCS department is one of YMCA Victoria's key Shared Services, supporting all sectors across YMCA Victoria's operations. Our Shared Services teams include corporate services, risk, safety and quality, finance, business systems, people and culture, marketing, communications, sales and more.

Based out of YMCA Victoria's Head Office in vibrant Box Hill (although currently all working remotely), you'll visit or work from other sites and locations as appropriate.

Members and the facilities attracts 2 million visits annually.

Key Elements of the Role

The Integrated Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and delivering against the organisational marketing strategy and specific sector and business needs.

They ensure major campaigns, events and activities are appropriately identified, planned for, resourced and executed.

Please note this position is a Temporary Full-Time position until October 2021.

The Salary for this position is Manager Grade 3 - 4: $107,617 - $116,907 p.a. incl. super

Knowledge and Experience

  • Significant management experience in the NFP or NGO sector.
  • 6+ years’ experience leading diversely skilled teams.
  • A track record of developed project management skills and excellent time management skills
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Highly Desirable Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Project Management (or a degree or post-graduate qualification that demonstrates similar skills)

  • A national criminal history check
  • An international criminal history check where applicants have worked overseas
  • Holding or obtaining a Working with Children Clearance/ equivalent in accordance with state/ territory laws
  • ACF Safeguarding Children and Young People Certificate (completion online prior to commencement)
  • Two reference checks
