About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing, Communications & Operations and in collaboration with the broader Marketing and Communications team, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Children's Programs (ELC and OSHC) marketing strategies, campaigns events and activities.
  • Collaborate internally to deliver sector-based campaigns, ensuring they meet sector and business needs, brand and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the planning of sector marketing budgets
  • Provide regular reports to key sector leadership and stakeholders

This is a permanent full time position where you’ll have a hybrid working model, between working from home, our State Office in Box Hill, and on site within our ELC and OSHC centres as required.

About You

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with an ability to think strategically and execute operationally. Additionally, you will have:

  • Marketing/Management experience in the NFP or NGO sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic campaign planning, with an understanding of advertising, marketing, digital and print media planning
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to successfully influence and negotiate
  • Project management experience including managing budgets, prioritising tasks and time management
  • Previous experience within NFP or NGO sector would be highly advantageous
