Are you looking for an impactful, community-based opportunity that puts your administrative skills to use? YMCA ReBuild are seeking an enthusiastic individual with administrative experience to join the team at their offices in Braybrook.
YMCA ReBuild is a truly unique social enterprise that provides young people involved in the criminal justice system with a pathway to employment. Possessing a truly unique program focussed on reducing recidivism rates, ReBuild trains, employs and supports young offenders through its rapidly growing, trade-based program.

The ReBuild Administration Support role will be responsible for administrative support to the management team in the YMCA ReBuild offices, and ensuring tasks are conducted efficiently, professionally and within agreed parameters. In addition, you will maintain a high level of customer service, both to internal YMCA staff and external customers and partners.

The ReBuild Administration Support role is a full time positions between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday as required.
You’re an organised and reliable individual with previous administration experience, and excellent oral and written communication skills. You possess strong interpersonal skills, which will allow you to build strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You have some knowledge in the processes surrounding accounts payable and receivable, and occupational health and safety. Knowledge in the following areas would be advantageous but not essential:
