This is an exciting opportunity for a career practice manager who thrives on variety, to utilise their leadership, interpersonal, organisation, and administrative skills to support and guide our practice into its next stages of growth. This role will provide you with autonomy and responsibility within a warm and supportive team.
You’ll uphold our values, mission, and objectives, whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of YCP, improving our systems, procedures and policies, and working towards practice development plans. Ideally, you’ll commence working four to five weekday shifts a week, being contracted to between 20 and 30 hours a week; the hours can be negotiated if you’re exactly who we are looking for.
YCP is a boutique private psychology practice that has built a reputation for the provision of compassionate and effective psychological services. We work with a broad range of young adults, adults, and older adults, who are seen through a variety of funding streams. Our office is conveniently located on the east end of Swan St, Richmond, close to public transport, and provides a comfortable working environment. Currently, we are seeing our clients either via telehealth or face-to-face within the government guidelines.
We strive to create a supportive environment for our team as we know this is what helps you complete your job to the best of your ability. We have invested many hours in developing procedures, policies and forms to help our team provide professional and compliant services. We also provide our team with access to computers, photocopier/printer, scanner, secure electronic fax, practice management software, online assessment platforms, and iPads in each room, as this helps streamline the work of clinicians and admin team members alike. We are supported by a medical IT support company (Vibe Group) who manage our medical grade cloud server to securely store clinical data. We strive to provide a welcoming environment for clients from all cultural backgrounds, those who are members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who have disabilities.
Please note this role is not suitable for individuals who do not have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia. Please do not apply if you, or an immediate family member, have been a client of our clinic.
If you would like more information about the role, please feel free to contact us on 03 9429 0050; a position description can be forwarded on request.
Please note, we will start interviewing promising applicants prior to the closing date.
