Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the delivery of high quality talent resourcing and recruitment services that deliver on business needs while enhancing yourtown’s employer brand. This is a great opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across national operations and contribute to growing yourtown’s talent acquisition services.
You will have experience in leading a team of talent professionals to deliver high quality talent acquisition services across a broad range of industries. Experience in implementing digital recruitment platforms would be an advantage. This is an opportunity to be part of the redevelopment of yourtown’s EVP as well as other key strategic people initiatives. Commencing from mid January 2021, this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity due to internal leave.
