We are experiencing growth and are recruiting for Occupational Therapy clinicians to join our team. The role will be well suited to someone who is passionate about Occupational Therapy in mental health, cognitive disability and trauma informed practice. 

This clinical role has a strong focus on genuine capacity building at the level of the individual and wider support system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on the challenge of applying occupation specific consultation and intervention in novel circumstances to achieve meaningful life change for the individual and those supporting them.

Senior clinicians will have opportunity to develop leadership roles and advanced practice skills. Recent career Occupational Therapists have access to comprehensive supervision, co-working with senior clinicians and professional development opportunities.

For the successful candidate, the roles are up to full time with opportunity for flexible working arrangements. Remuneration and benefits commensurate to experience. 

Selection Criteria:

  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience and knowledge of contemporary Occupational Therapy practice in areas including assessment and living skills development for clients with mental health, intellectual disability, brain injury and/or behaviour support needs.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement
and evidence-based practice.
  • A professional, warm, flexible and open attitude.
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires.
