Our Plan Managers handle the financial and administrative aspects of our client’s NDIS plans. The position is predominantly financial control, such as paying invoices and managing the client’s NDIS funds.
You’ll also have responsibility for drafting service agreements and advising potential participants on how the NDIS plan management operates. Supporting participants and their representatives to work within their allocated budget is a critical component of the role.
You’ll have tertiary qualifications in bookkeeping, community services or a related discipline and have a current driver’s licence. You should be able to demonstrate your experience in dealing with high volume invoice processing using MYOB and PRODA systems.
Your previous experience should demonstrate that you have been successful in managing and maintaining funds for participants under the NDIS. Your exceptional communication, problem-solving and customer service skills will make you a stand-out candidate for this role.
