The ABC is looking for a Senior Advisor to play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing the ABC's Disability Action Plan initiatives, covering a wide range of support services and departments within the organisation. Part of a welcoming environment, you will be joining an enthusiastic team that oversees and manages inclusion and wellbeing programming across the ABC and is committed to making all employees feel supported in the workplace.
We are looking for someone who has relevant professional experience with an analytical mindset, a natural problem solver, focused on improving and reviewing processes, specifically in relation to disability inclusion. You will have experience in HR, disability management, or a similar role that includes implementing workplace adjustments in a complex organisation, understanding the requirement for different solutions and approaches across a diverse range of departments and teams.
