An exciting opportunity has become available in our Finance team. We are looking for candidates with superior time management skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage all activities associated with the payment cycle and provide a quality and efficient service to our clients and staff.

The position would suit someone who has high level customer service and written / verbal communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. Ideally you will enjoy learning. Your day will consist of processing invoices and expense claims, reconciliations, maintaining records, preparing reports plus a variety of other duties.

This is a permanent full time position based at our National Office in Surrey Hills.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated advanced computing skills including the use of accounting systems, Microsoft Office products, particularly the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, internet and other financial applications
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Right to work in Australia
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check / willingness to obtain

Highly regarded and desirable:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Book-keeping / Accounting or similar
