What will you be doing every day:

This role is an integral part of our growth strategy, and we are seeking suitable candidates who are passionate and expert in what they do best. Reporting to the National Manager - Finance, this position provides financial analysis and support to assist Able Australia in achieving organisational strategic and operational goals. While leading a small team, this role is strongly focused on revenue assurance and collaborates with the organisation to assist in making informed decisions and improving business performance.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

  • Degree qualified in Finance or Commerce and post graduate CPA / CA qualifications
  • Advanced financial literacy, including analysis of financial results, reporting, budgeting and audit process.
  • Be an expert in developing great working relationships, gaining trust and respect
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing a team professionally and positively
  • An understanding of the disability sector or health sector and NDIS, including legislation, rules and state requirements, preferred
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise demanding tasks while managing interactions with diverse internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a senior team environment across diverse geographic areas (some travel required)
