As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Ngunya Jarjum Aboriginal Corporation (Ngunya Jarjum) you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office. This is a dynamic role where you will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, oversee travel arrangements, and assist with community engagement and Board activities. You will be a key partner to the CEO, playing a vital role in ensuring the leadership team is well-supported while maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

This role offers a mix of high-level executive support and community engagement, allowing you to contribute to meaningful change.
We are seeking someone with extensive experience in senior-level executive support, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. You will have excellent organisational skills, the capacity to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Advanced skills in office computing applications are essential, as is a strong ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
