We are seeking a collaborative solutions-focused approach professional who has experience in project management and has a strong understanding of the international geopolitical landscape (gained through studies or professional experience) to support the delivery our flagship international programs which are advancing diplomacy in the science and technology.
The role is varied and would suit someone who can use project management methodology to support the timely program delivery against project milestones. Supporting the International Affairs Manager, the role will engage with partners and stakeholders in a cross-cultural setting and requires high-level communication abilities. Your understanding of international affairs will be well utilised to provide relevant and timely advice. The development of reports and supporting documentation will make strong use of your ability to interrogate and draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative data to shape and improve the program further. Attendance at committee meetings to minute and support with secretariat duties also forms part of the role.
