ABOUT THE ROLE

The Integrated Marketing Specialist will support our Marketing and Fundraising units. This role is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Access Industries' services, impact, and fundraising efforts.
  • Create and manage content across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with fundraising and strategic goals.
  • Analyse marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support donor and stakeholder engagement through targeted communication strategies.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors as needed.
  • Assist in event promotion and engagement initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and/or a minimum of 5+ years relevant experience in marketing and communications
  • Proven work experience creating captivating content across various formats, including written, visual, and multimedia, tailored for high-end audiences
  • Experience working with WordPress and DMS/CMS such as HubSpot and SupporterHub
  • Shown capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues from different departments
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns through to post campaign analysis
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for various marketing materials, not dependant on AI
  • Demonstrated experience in using data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness.
