Achieve Australia is expanding its services to Queensland! With over 70 years of experience serving Sydney and Northern NSW, we’re excited to bring our expertise to Brisbane and build on the strong foundations of the teams already in place.
The NDIS Coordinator takes a leading role in coordinating and driving the planning process and funding allocations. The role works in collaboration with the relevant General Manager Operations and works closely with a team of Service Managers.
The aim of this critical role is to ensure the people we support receive sufficient funding to meet their needs and achieve their goals, ensuring all relevant agreements are accurate and entered into the client management system, enabling billing to occur in a timely manner.
