Purpose of the role

This role will work in Newington and other sites, and will participate in warehouse operations. Reporting to a factory supervisor, the Process Worker will work alongside our supported employees.

Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and Northern Rivers regions in NSW.

About the role

  • Working in warehousing operations
  • Picking and packing merchandise for retail stores
  • Working on production lines and assembling various goods
  • Assisting with dispatch processes

About you

The suitable incumbent would have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of people who have a disability and/or barrier to employment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
  • Willingness to take part in training.
  • Willingness to participate and work in a workplace under supervision.
  • A forklift licence would be an advantage.
