- You enjoy the sense of belonging and support that comes from being part of a team with a dedicated Senior Clinical Lead whilst benefiting from our national ‘teams of teams’ approach.

Who are we looking for?
You are a great communicator, a client-focused professional and ready to spend your days conducting assessments to identify the needs of an older person.
People will have called you all sorts of different names. Authentic. Fun. Genuine. Brilliant. Approachable. A little bit cheeky. Helpful. Caring. Lovely. Relentless.
In your spare time we’re likely to find you daydreaming about new ways to create an impact on people’s lives.
Whether you’re fresh out of university or you’ve got decades of experience and you’re not ready to hang your boots up just yet, we want to hear from you! We value experience and fresh perspectives equally.
