• Salary: $89,512.80 per annum full time with generous salary packaging benefits plus 10.5% superannuation. Our package is at the top level for Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) Clinical Assessors across Australia!

We have a position in ACT/Southern Highlands/Nowra and surrounds to form part of our national team. We require RNs, OTs and Physios to apply. We could consider part time options if you are able to work a minimum of 3 days per week consecutively. Please note for this role it is an essential requirement for you to travel in both the ACT and Southern Highlands regions.

What is the role?

Embark on something a little different to your current role. Work in a consulting capacity as an assessor. What might this look like? Here is a typical week.

• Using your existing skills and judgement to have meaningful interactions with residents and their carers across Residential Aged Care Facilities and document this interaction using the digital tools.
• Enjoying the sense of belonging and support that comes from being part of a small team with a dedicated Senior Clinical Assessor, whilst benefiting from our national ‘teams of teams’ approach.
• Contributing to the future reforms in aged care using your daily work and the feedback you provide that will be shared with the Department of Health.
• Dipping into learning experiences and team experiences to expand your knowledge, networks and career.
• Helping us to challenge the status quo and look for ways to make an even bigger impact.

You are a great communicator, a great clinician and ready to spend your days conducting assessments that represents the voice and needs of an older person.
